The IMO Model Course 3.11 Safety Investigation into Marine Casualties and Marine Incidents is designed to allow you to relate your knowledge and experience to safely and competently investigate accidents, near misses, marine casualties and marine incidents, in line with industry practice and the Casualty Investigation Code.

The IMO Model Course 1.22 Bridge Resource Management & Ship Simulator Training Course is designed for maritime bridge personnel, aligned with the framework of the International Maritime Organization (IMO). The STCW Human Element Leadership & Management – Management Level (HELM M) course is a mandatory program for masters and officers in management roles onboard vessels based on IMO model course 1.40. This course equips seafarers with the essential leadership, communication, and managerial skills needed to safely manage crew, operations, and vessel in line with international maritime standards. Completion of the HELM (Management Level) course is a requirement for obtaining a Management Level CoC in the UK.
