Auditing

The ISO Management Systems Lead Implementer course provides a comprehensive understanding of ISO Management Standards, focusing on the principles, structure, and implementation of the 66 ISO Management Systems. Participants will gain the knowledge and skills required to conduct internal audits, manage risks, and implement continuous improvement practices.

The ISM / ISO Lead Auditor course looks at the skills, traits and understanding necessary to audit against ISM or any of the 66 Type “A” ISO Management systems. It also looks at how standards are built and designed, how to gather evidence of compliance, and the process of conducting audits, surveys and inspections.
