Level 3 Award in Education and Training (formerly PETLLS)

The Level 3 Award in Education and Training (AET) allows you to kickstart your teaching journey with our Level 3 Teaching Qualification! Designed for aspiring educators in the adult education and skills sector, this course is perfect for anyone—no matter your experience level. With flexible online learning, you can study at your own pace and take the first exciting step toward achieving your career goals.

This qualification used to be known as Preparing to Teach in the Lifelong Learning Sector (PTLLS).

This course is for instructors who will deliver training, or professionals who will begin educating as part of their role

Minimum Age: 19 years old

• Understanding Roles and Relationships in Education
• Facilitating Education for individuals and groups
• Understanding the principles and practice of assessment

TQUK issued Level 3 Award in Education and Training

Online and self-paced. Our instructors will be there to support you with your questions and needs, as you work through this qualificaiton.

As an online course, you will have 12 months to complete this. This can be done in a few weeks, or over the entire year. This should take approximately 48 hours.

• Level 4 Award in the Internal Quality Assurance of Assessment Processes & Practice (RQF)
